The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming stay, with sweet touches that made us feel at home. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was not consistent, with some areas needing attention. The service was mainly professional and helpful, but there was an incident of rudeness on a particular date. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions, although some noise disturbances were noted.

Upon arrival, I noticed the room smelled a bit funky, like a mix of doggy and musty odors. Being on the "train track" side wasn't ideal, and having a fridge just sitting on the floor felt odd. However, the service was amazing, with exemplary, friendly, and attentive staff who even offered a good dinner recommendation and discount coupon. The location, despite being close to the train tracks, was convenient, placing us just a short drive from attractions like the Frontier Culture Museum and the Woodrow Wilson birthplace and library. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including poo bags and disposal can, which was a plus.

My stay at the Staunton Best Western Hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a variety of goodies like fresh berries. However, there were some noise disturbances that left a bit to be desired. The location was excellent, close to major highway routes and attractions, but being next to active railroad tracks could be bothersome. The dining experience, although simple with a 'hot' breakfast, lacked protein choices. The service was courteous but had minor hiccups like not replacing coffee in the room.
